Mill Maintenance Supervisor

Job Details

Your responsibilities would include:

Responding to all facility and equipment maintenance
- Emergency- get equipment up and back on-line
- Preventative- set schedules for preventative maintenance, plan down-time for service, etc.
- Projects (short-term and long-term)
Inspect materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
Report to and work with the direct manager
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Work as a backup to production employees when necessary

Qualifications

Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields is desired
Knowledge of production tools and equipment
Strong leadership qualities, experience in supervision, and team-leading
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player that is willing to work alongside other team-oriented individuals
Good time management
Self-motivated and a self-starter
Willing to learn new skills and grow both professionally and personally.
